As my first personal project after completing university I decided to make a flying saucer fly through the Cardiff city skyline. It would give me the chance to add CG elements to real footage, because it was something I hadn’t done much of in Uni.

The U.F.O was modelled and textured in Maya, rendered using Renderman and comped in Nuke.
